11. I have felt disconnected from relatives where in the past I was really close with them, then feeling alienated and weird after seeing them ten or eleven years later. I didn’t see them because they moved far away and no one ever came or went to visit each other. After feeling incredibly awkward around them, I can relate completely with Krebs and his situation of feeling alienated from his family. You cannot just go back to normal and how life used to be after things changing so much for everyone involved. My advice to Krebs would be to continue to try to talk to people.
